HOW SHIPPING WORKS

The cost of standard shipping is € 10.00 for all of Italy (€ 25.00 if you choose cash on delivery) and is valid on one or more products purchased together. This provides for delivery to the street level.

The cost of shipping outside Italy ranges from € 40.00 to € 70.00, based on the weight / volume of the purchased material.

It is possible to request the porterage service on the floor by writing an email to info@veca-italy.it, which will be estimated by the transport company, this will have an additional cost based on the total weight / volume of the material, the floor delivery and the presence or not of an elevator. It is also good to indicate the delivery city, as this service is not available throughout Italy.

The porterage service only includes the transport of the products to the floor by two operators, the unpacking of the goods and assembly are not included. This service is not available outside Italy.

All the goods are carefully packed with specially made packaging to avoid damage during transport.

When the goods are shipped, the customer receives an Email with shipping tracking directly from the courier in charge (this allows you to monitor the shipment directly from your home computer or smartphone, by connecting to the carrier's website indicated in the email).

COURIERS USED AND DELIVERY TIMES

For years we have relied on the speed and professionalism of the BRT and GLS (for small volumes) and FERCAM (for large volumes) couriers for the shipment of our products.

All our products require, from the moment we receive the payment, 10 WORKING DAYS (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) for their production, after which they are shipped.

From the moment the product is dispatched, deliveries are made throughout Italy in 2 to 5 working days and 5 to 10 working days for the islands.

For deliveries outside Italy, when the goods are shipped, it takes 5 to 10 working days for delivery.

The courier himself will take care to send a text message or an email to the customer to inform him of the shipment, provide him with tracking to track his package and indicate the delivery days.

However, the days indicated may lengthen, as they could be slowed down depending on:

- the place of delivery (eg in remote-difficult areas or on the smaller islands);

- logistical difficulties of the couriers used (eg strikes or problems with unexpected vehicles);

- the presence of holidays or sales

WHAT TO DO ON DELIVERY?

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check that the packaging is intact and not altered.

In case of wet, broken or dented packaging, the customer must always ACCEPT the goods "WITH RESERVE OF INSPECTION" describing in detail the damage on the courier's delivery receipt (eg: dent on the carton of the package).

Upon receipt of the material and ascertaining the presence of damage due to transport, the customer is required to report it to our customer service WITHIN 5 DAYS from receipt of the goods - according to the procedures set out in the "General Conditions of Sale" section (in this case the packaging must be kept until VE.CA. arredamenti gives confirmation).

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

How do I know when my order will be shipped?

Once the 10 working days of the production of the items have elapsed, the customer is informed about the status of the shipment by email (he will receive an email with the tracking to follow the shipment, as soon as the order leaves our warehouses).

If the courier does not find me for delivery, will the goods be returned?

If the courier does not find you at the delivery address indicated, the package will go into storage (stationary deposit) in the area branch.

You will then need to contact the courier's branch showing your name, surname and shipping tracking.

When does the courier deliver? Even Saturday or Sunday?

Deliveries are made only from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00 approximately. The delivery of the goods takes place at the address indicated in the order by the customer.

Is it possible to make an appointment for delivery?

The courier is not required to notify by telephone for the delivery.It is possible to insert on request in the order, at no additional cost, the delivery by appointment, or the courier will contact you by telephone when the goods have arrived in the branch in your area, to agree the day he can deliver.
